Intake and qualification
Before any design work begins, we take time to understand the travelers: what they are looking for, what they have experienced before, and what matters most about this trip. A brief intake form, or a call for referred clients with demanding schedules, gives us what we need to propose the right program.
How we work, in writing
Before design begins, we share a document covering what the program includes, what the timeline looks like, and how changes are handled. Everything is set out clearly in advance so the journey itself can be the only thing you are thinking about.
Research and design
Every supplier selected meets the same standard: validated relationships, confirmed quality, and safety credentials. The program reflects considered decisions, including enhancements embedded in the design rationale: a private VIP Canal experience including aviation options, a naturalist guide for a site normally visited independently, a private sailboat with a chef where a group transfer would otherwise be the norm.
Presentation and confirmation
The program is presented in writing. Two rounds of structured feedback are included in standard scope. Once the program is confirmed and payment is complete, suppliers are confirmed and the journey begins to take shape in the real world.
